No counter
The bike is already at your apartment. You add it here with your booking code, and you pick it up and drop it off at the same door.
The available days and the rental minimum come from your booking, so sometimes they don't match what you had in mind. If that's your case, write to us: we'll look at it with you and sort it out.

HOUSE RULES
- You pick it up and return it at the same apartment.
- If you leave the bike anywhere during the day, it has to be locked.
- If you get a puncture, contact the apartment owner.
- The bikes cannot be taken outside the city.
- Best to avoid riding them at night.
- While you have it, the bike is your responsibility.
A helmet is included with the bike at no extra cost, in sizes from baby up to age 16. It is compulsory for anyone under 16 on all types of road, including city streets, whether riding or being carried in the child seat. From the age of 16 it is not compulsory in the city, but we recommend one.

Tell us the surname on the booking and the day you arrive, and we'll add the bike.
Which code do I need?
Your booking code — the one from the site you booked on. If you booked through Airbnb it starts with “HM”. If you booked through Booking or directly with us, it's the number or code on your confirmation email. Upper or lower case doesn't matter.

You pick it up and drop it off at the same apartment. No shop to walk to, and no trip back to return it.

Travelling as a group
You can add more than one bike to the same booking, instead of setting up a separate rental for each person.

Who they're for
The bike is one size and is rented from age 12 up.
For little ones we have a child seat, from 0 to 5 years old.
Between 5 and 12 we have nothing that fits: no bike their size and no seat. We'd rather tell you now than when you arrive.
Two rides
The Turia riverbed
The river was diverted decades ago and its old bed is now a park running right across Valencia. The apartments sit at one end of it, next to the City of Arts and Sciences: you join the park there, and no cars run through it.
The beach
El Cabanyal and La Malvarrosa are the city beaches, with the promenade right on the sand. A swim, lunch around the neighbourhood and back.
